Magill Truck Lines is looking for mechanics to join their team. This is a second shift position from 12

(noon) to '10 P.M. Monday thru Friday. Candidates must be able to have these items to qualify. 

High school graduate or GED, preferred. Minimum 1B years of age.

 Minimum  2+ years of previously related experience in automotive or diesel, preferred.

A combination of training, education, and/or experience equivalent. 

Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical problems.

Ability to provide proper documentation establishing your identity and  to be legally employed in the United States. Willingness to undergo a criminal background and employment reference check.

Job related tasks include:

Diagnosing and repair all trailer mechanical, air and electrical systems. Tire changes and repairs, roof patches, floor patches and swing door repair, D.O.T. annual inspections. PM's. Complete

required paper work for equipment files. Repairing or replacing starters, generators, and universal joints, Removing and installing motors and rebuilding engines as well. Adjusting and/or replacing brakes, discussing service and repair problems with Manager. Performing emergency repairs on the side of the road sometimes. Performing minor arc welding, help train and advance other team members, ensuring good housekeeping guidelines are followed and following all established safety

guidelines. Performing additional duties assigned by your Manager.
